Absolutely terrible service and one of my worst experiences in Porto. One of the waiters was extremely rude and dismissive. He didn’t even let me finish ordering before turning to another customer and completely ignoring me. I waited for around 10 minutes until another waiter came over and asked if his colleague had already taken my order. No — he hadn’t done anything at all. I ordered a coffee with milk and was served a huge cup of espresso instead. The bread was also awful. Honestly, I don’t know what was going on in that place. Rude service, wrong order, terrible food. There are plenty of better places in Porto. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The employees at Confeitaria Muralhas treated me extremely poorly — extremely rude, dismissive and not welcoming at all. I ordered a simple omelet and this is what I got. Overcooked, burnt, greasy and completely unappetizing. It honestly looked like it was taken from the trash. The bread was also stale and dry. For the prices they charge in central Porto, this is unacceptable. There are so many better places nearby — avoid this one. /// 1/5 - A pior experiência no Porto. Queimada, encharcada em óleo e com um aspeto nojento, parecia que tinha sido tirada do lixo. O pão também estava seco e velho. Para os preços que praticam no centro do Porto, é inaceitável.
